Distance Selling Agreement and Terms of Use
By placing an order in the Basebulk.com online store, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms. After an order is placed on the Basebulk.com website, a distance selling agreement is concluded between you and Basebulk.com.
Definitions
- Buyer
- An individual who places an order in the Basebulk.com online store and is the recipient of the ordered goods. The Buyer uses the goods purchased on Basebulk.com for personal needs, production needs, or for other purposes.

General Provisions
- By placing an order for goods through the Basebulk.com online store, the Buyer agrees to the terms of sale set out below (hereinafter the “Terms”).
- These Terms, as well as information about the goods and the agreement posted on the website, are publicly available.
- The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by the legislation of the European Union and/or the local legislation of the relevant country.
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.
Registration, Order Placement, and Fulfilment Timeframes
- The Buyer may place an order independently using the checkout form on the website. A detailed description of the process is provided in the “How to make a purchase” section.

When placing an order, the Buyer provides the following information:
- First name, last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional, for delivery)
- Address, postal code, city, country
- Product color (if required), product size (if required)
- Payment method
- Request to receive a tracking number
- Comment (e.g., a discount coupon or body measurements for a more accurate size selection)
- Confirmation of agreement with the store’s terms
- After the order is successfully placed, an invoice for payment is sent to the Buyer’s email address within one business day.

If the Buyer ordered more goods than are available in the Seller’s warehouse, the Seller notifies the Buyer by email.
The Buyer has the right to:
- pay for and receive the quantity of goods available in stock;
- cancel the missing items; or
- agree to the Seller’s proposal to postpone fulfilment of the order until the required quantity becomes available.
- The delivery time depends on the Buyer’s timely payment of the order.
- The information posted on the website may not fully reflect the characteristics of the goods (including color, size, technical parameters, and shape). Before placing an order, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller to clarify details (request a COA for a specific batch, technical specification, formulations/recipes, storage conditions, etc.). If the Buyer does not request clarification, it is deemed that they have no doubts about the characteristics of the goods.
- If the Buyer cancels an order that has been paid in full or in part but has not yet been dispatched, the amount for the cancelled order is refunded to the Buyer.
- Product descriptions posted on Basebulk.com are for informational purposes only and do not create legal obligations between the visitor and the owner of the online store. The product description may not meet the Buyer’s expectations.
- The owners of the Basebulk.com online store are not responsible for the transmission of color parameters of images on the Buyer’s screen.
Delivery

Estimated delivery times across Europe and worldwide:
- Europe: 1–5 business days
- Worldwide: 4–9 business days for many international destinations
- Remote areas: may take longer, with some shipments taking up to 20 days
- Delivery time depends on the distributor of the goods. Details are provided in the “Delivery” section.
Payment
- The price of the goods is indicated on the website. If the price of the ordered goods is indicated incorrectly, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers to cancel or confirm the order. If the Buyer cannot be contacted, the order is cancelled and the paid amount is refunded in full.
- An order is accepted for processing only after full payment of the order amount has been received.
Intellectual Property
- Copying of any text materials and graphic images published on the website is prohibited. The Basebulk.com brand, trademark, and logos belong to their respective owner.
Warranties and Liability
- The Seller is not liable for losses arising from improper use of the goods.
- The Seller is not responsible for the content and functionality of third-party websites.
- The Seller has the right to transfer its rights and obligations to third parties.
- Product descriptions in the Basebulk.com online store are for informational purposes only and do not create legal obligations between the visitor and the owner of the online store.
- The owners of Basebulk.com are not responsible for how the color parameters of images are displayed on the Buyer’s screen.
How to Make a Purchase
- Choose a product (you may use categories and filters for easier searching).
- Add the selected product to the virtual cart.
- Open the cart, check the selected products and quantities, and proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
- Choose a delivery method.
- Enter the delivery address and other required information.
- Make the payment.
After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation with a detailed description of the ordered goods and their prices.
