Delivery Information

We deliver products across Europe and worldwide, and we do everything possible to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly and with the highest quality as possible.

Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, provided the required quantity is available at one of our logistics centers.
• If payment is received on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be dispatched on the next business day.
• If you ordered multiple items, they may be delivered at different times, as they are shipped from different warehouses. In this case, no additional shipping fee is charged.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe: 1–5 business days
• Worldwide: 4–9 business days for many international destinations
• Remote areas: may take longer, with some shipments taking up to 20 days
