Delivery information

We deliver products across Europe and do everything possible to ensure our customers receive their orders quickly and safely.

Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, provided the required quantity is available at one of our logistics centers.
• If payment is received on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be dispatched on the next business day.
• If you ordered multiple items, they may be delivered at different times, as they are shipped from different warehouses. In this case, no additional shipping fee is charged.
