By placing an order in the BaseBulk.com online store, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.

After an order is placed on the BaseBulk.com website, a distance selling agreement is concluded between you and the Seller.

Definitions

Buyer - an individual who places an order in the BaseBulk.com online store and is the recipient of the ordered goods.

The Buyer uses the goods purchased on BaseBulk.com for personal needs, production needs, or for other purposes.

Seller - 4Health SIA (LTD), operating under the BaseBulk brand.

Online Store - the website at BaseBulk.com where the Seller offers goods to the Buyer and specifies the terms of payment and delivery of ordered goods.

Goods - a tangible item in civil circulation offered for sale on the Website.

Order - a properly completed request by the Buyer for delivery of the goods selected by them to the address specified by them.

General Provisions

1. By placing an order for goods through the BaseBulk.com online store, the Buyer agrees to the terms of sale set out below (hereinafter the “Terms”).
2. These Terms, as well as information about the goods and the agreement posted on the Website, are publicly available.
3. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by the legislation of the European Union and/or the local legislation of the relevant country.
4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.

RAW MATERIAL — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

By purchasing this product, the Buyer confirms that they understand and accept that the product is supplied as raw material (Raw Material) and not as a finished product.

The information provided on the website, including descriptions of properties, potential applications and technical data, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an individual recommendation, medical advice, dosage recommendation or finished formulation.

No recommended daily dosage or directions for use are provided for raw materials, as these depend on the intended application, concentration of the substance, final formulation and other technical characteristics of the finished product.

Before using, processing, mixing, packaging or otherwise further handling the raw material, the Buyer is responsible for independently reviewing all available information relating to the product, including its composition, concentration, purity, specification, properties, storage and handling requirements, as well as the relevant technical documentation.

If the Buyer does not possess sufficient professional knowledge to assess the properties, safety and appropriate use of the raw material, the Buyer must consult a qualified specialist before use, taking into account the intended purpose of the product.

The Buyer is solely responsible for assessing the suitability of the raw material for the intended purpose, determining the appropriate dosages and concentrations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements, safety standards and requirements applicable to the finished product.

When manufacturing or subsequently selling a finished product, the Buyer is solely responsible for the development and verification of the formulation, compatibility of ingredients, stability, safety, labelling, product claims, laboratory testing, registration or notification of the finished product, and compliance with the legislation of the country in which the product is marketed.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they understand the product’s status as a raw material and accept responsibility for its proper further use.

TABLETS, CAPSULES AND SOFTGELS — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Tablets, capsules and softgels are finished food supplements intended for the end consumer.

The packaging of each product contains the required information, including the composition, recommended daily dose, directions for use, batch number and expiry date, as well as the necessary warnings and storage conditions. The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Before use, the Buyer is advised to review the product composition, directions for use and all warnings stated on the packaging. In cases of individual intolerance to any ingredients, specific health conditions or the use of medicinal products, the relevant restrictions and recommendations should be taken into account.

Registration, Order Placement, and Fulfilment Timeframes

1. The Buyer may place an order independently using the checkout form on the Website. A detailed description of the process is provided in the “How to Make a Purchase” section.
2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides the following information: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional, for delivery), address, postal code, city, country, product color (if required), product size (if required), payment method, request to receive a tracking number, comment (e.g., a discount coupon or body measurements for a more accurate size selection), and confirmation of agreement with the store’s terms.
3. After the order is successfully placed, an invoice for payment is sent to the Buyer’s email address within one business day.
4. If the Buyer ordered more goods than are available in the Seller’s warehouse, the Seller notifies the Buyer by email. The Buyer has the right to:
   • pay for and receive the quantity of goods available in stock;
   • cancel the missing items; or
   • agree to the Seller’s proposal to postpone fulfilment of the order until the required quantity becomes available.

   If the Buyer and the Seller do not reach an agreement within 7 business days, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.

5. The delivery time depends on the Buyer’s timely payment of the order.
6. The information posted on the Website may not fully reflect the characteristics of the goods, including color, size, technical parameters, and shape. Before placing an order, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller to clarify details, including requesting a COA for a specific batch, technical specifications, formulations/recipes, storage conditions, etc. If the Buyer does not request clarification, it is deemed that they have no doubts about the characteristics of the goods.
7. If the Buyer cancels an order that has been paid in full or in part but has not yet been dispatched, the amount for the cancelled order is refunded to the Buyer.
8. Product descriptions posted on BaseBulk.com are for informational purposes only and do not create legal obligations between the visitor and the Seller. The product description may not meet the Buyer’s expectations.
9. The Seller is not responsible for differences in the way colors are displayed on the Buyer’s screen.

Delivery

1. Estimated delivery times across Europe and worldwide:
   • Europe: 1-5 business days
   • Worldwide: 4-9 business days for many international destinations
   • Remote areas: delivery may take longer, with some shipments taking up to 20 days
2. Delivery time depends on the distributor and/or carrier responsible for the shipment. Further details are provided in the “Delivery” section.

Payment

1. The price of the goods is indicated on the Website. If the price of the ordered goods is indicated incorrectly, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers to cancel or confirm the order. If the Buyer cannot be contacted, the order is cancelled and the paid amount is refunded in full.
2. An order is accepted for processing only after full payment of the order amount has been received.

Intellectual Property

1. Copying of any text materials and graphic images published on the Website is prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained from the relevant rights holder.
2. The BaseBulk brand, trademark, logos, website content, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owner(s) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Warranties and Liability

1. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from improper use of the goods.
2. The Seller is not responsible for the content and functionality of third-party websites.
3. The Seller has the right to transfer its rights and obligations to third parties where permitted by applicable law.
4. Product descriptions in the BaseBulk.com online store are for informational purposes only and do not create legal obligations between the visitor and the Seller.
5. The Seller is not responsible for differences in how color parameters of images are displayed on the Buyer’s screen.

How to Make a Purchase

1. Choose a product. You may use categories and filters for easier searching.
2. Add the selected product to the virtual cart.
3. Open the cart, check the selected products and quantities, and proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
4. Choose a delivery method.
5. Enter the delivery address and other required information.
6. Make the payment.

After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation with a detailed description of the ordered goods and their prices.
